It’s hard to believe these days, but it’s true that Baryn Futa hasn’t always possessed the deep appreciation for the arts he demonstrates now. In fact, most of his life was spent outside of the art world. Something was sparked, however, after he retired and took a job with the Denver Art Museum. While he was at the DAM, Baryn Futa fully embraced his love of art and tried to cultivate that new love by attending art fairs and museum exhibitions and anything else he could find that seemed interesting.
Ever since then, he has developed a great appreciation for what the fine arts mean to every culture. The knowledge he has gained has transformed him into a major art supporter and patron. While his deep attraction to the art world may have been surprising, it made him happy and gave him purpose. These days, Baryn Futa is trying to change everything. He believes that art is too often taken for granted and he has made it his life’s work to support the arts as a benefactor. He believes brilliant artists should be appreciated enough to thrive, so he does what he can to make that happen.
